The National Broadcasting and Telecommunications Commission (NBTC) will hold its first auction of desirable mobile numbers on Nov 27, with the starting price at 1 million baht. The "Platinum" set consists of two numbers -- 0-999-999-999 and 0-888-888-888 -- with the starting price of 20 million baht and the minimum spread of 50,000 baht. The starting price is 1 million baht and the spread is 10,000 baht. The regulator targeted at least 100 million baht from the auction.
